Job Description

The Ideal Candidate will assist the chief editor in the timely completion of any and all projects that require post-production editing. The editor will report directly to the chief editor with respects to assignments and is subject to the final QC approval of edit projects by the chief editor and project producer. The ability to meet strict deadlines is a must. The editor will also assist in the creative development of new project ideas (This is the fun part) and share production solutions to further enhance all projects. Edit all forms of projects; both long style and short. Log and capture if needed to prepare material for editing process.

Job Requirements

• At least one year experience in non-linear editing in Final cut Pro.
• Dynamic, Creative, Professional personality.
• Adobe After Effects a plus.
• Detailed oriented team player creative and highly organized.
• Must be able to handle high pressure work environment.
• Must possess prioritization skills in order to manage strict deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to work overtime if needed to complete projects on a timely basis.
